JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Ensure proper implementation and observation of Document/Record Control Procedures which include:

  • Receiving of project documents/records
  • Implementation of appropriate control stamps before distribution to respective copyholders
  • Distribution/Routing of documents /records to authorized copyholders within DCS parameters
  • Immediate retrieval of superseded documents/records from copyholders
  • Retrieval of controlled documents/records from copyholders upon their demobilization/separation from the company
  • Systematic filing of documents/records
  • Safekeeping and maintenance of documents/records or information
  • 2.Ensure the timely distribution of project correspondences and transmittals to clients, subcontractors or concerned departments.

    3.Monitoring of the status of construction drawings.

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    1. Monitor project timekeeping procedures, site safety and security.

    2. Responsible for the administration of camp/staff house including, but not limited to, the supervision of medical clinic and services and canteen facilities, services and its operation.

    3. Facilitate and process documentation of hiring skilled workers and personnel at the project site.

    4. Implement Company Policy and Code of Conduct and Discipline of Employees.

    5. Coordinates with Barangay officials/LGU’s in establishing manpower pooling and recruitment, as well as to establish a good rapport between the company and the barangays.

    6. Facilitate the acquisition of construction permits and clearances, processing of working permits (City Hall, Meralco, PLDT, MWSS and others) to respective government agencies and/or private entities.

    7. Monitor the processing of payment of utilities such as power, water and telephone billings.

    8. Prepare reports, internal and external memos and letters as required by the Project-In-Charge or Project Manager.

    9. Attend weekly staff meeting involving manpower planning and forecasting.

    10. Monitor office supplies & equipment requisition and issuance including its inventory management.

    11. Regulate the use of company service vehicles assigned at the project site in coordination with the Head Office Admin.

    12. In charge of the Timekeeper, Admin Clerk, Security & Service Driver.

    13. Assume duties and responsibilities as a Member of the Project Committee on Discipline, Project Emergency Response Team and Project Safety and Health Committee.

    14. Serve as deputy to Project-In-Charge/Project Manager in the promotion and administration of programs such as Total Quality Management (TQM).


    QUALIFICATIONS

    South Luzon Operation Center

    Location: Alabang, Muntinlupa City

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    This position oversees all financial aspects of the business and drive the company’s financial strategy and planning.     QUALIFICATIONS

    Financial Reporting – timely and accurate submission of financial reports; be regulatory and management reports are critical. The person is expected to collaborate with the Group and other entities’ Finance team including external and internal auditors.

    General Accounting – these processes are the basic support of the company and should be done timely, accurately and within the policies and guidelines.

    Project Accounting, Assets and Inventories – teams working closely with the Operations group for proper charging of costs. Timely feedback and proper coordination are needed from this group.

    1. Set-up and implement safety and health policies at the Project site;

    2. Assess and approve Safety Work Permits for permit required work or activities;

    3. Conduct Safety orientation/induction to all newly hired employees/workers before endorsement to construction site;

    4. Conduct regular inspection and monitoring to identify unsafe acts/conditions that may lead to accidents;

    5. Recommends appropriate courses of action to mitigate deficiencies/infractions found during inspections;

    6. Issues Safety Violation Ticket/Deviation Notice Report for any safety infractions;

    7. Conduct and lead incident investigations to determine their cause(s) to provide measures to prevent recurrence of a similar incident/accident;
