Dreambuilders Pro Inc. (DPI) is one of the newest members of FILINVEST LAND INC. (FLI)

With the growing requirements of FLI in the development of properties and with the direction to create and deliver more cost competitive products, the idea was brought to reality in January 2017 when the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the Republic of the Philippines granted Certificate of Incorporation to DREAMBUILDERS PRO, INC. (DPI) as a full-cycle construction implementor arm of FLI.

Though considered a very young company in the construction industry, DPI is being led by a very dynamic and well-seasoned top Management Professionals in the field of Engineering and Construction with a combined construction experience of more than 100 years.

Our goal is to meet the timely delivery of cost competitive products without sacrificing Safety, Quality, aesthetics, form and functionality.

DPI has already patterned its processes and procedures to world-class standards giving importance to the best Construction Methodologies & Practices, Corporate Policies & Processes, and People Management Systems.
